Traits
Read from the figure's description, which a model wrote. Open "why" for the sentence a trait came from.
Behaviour
- Burrows through earth
why
It knocks over trees, collapses roads and opens new channels for rivers by burrowing beneath them; it is most active after a spell of heavy rain, when it leaves its lair, drives a wide arc through the ground and eventually returns.
Utility powers
- Earth burrowing
why
It is amphibious and subterranean, working through marsh and riverbed just under the surface of the ground, and in Nicaragua the same animal is called simply Sierpe, the snake.
