Tuisto

In the second chapter of the Germania, Tacitus reports that the Germanic peoples had old songs naming an earth-born god called Tuisto, and a son Mannus after him, at the head of their descent — and that three sons of Mannus stand behind the names of the Ingaevones by the sea, the Herminones inland, and the Istaevones beyond them.

Adlet

The story is therefore an account of where other peoples came from, told from the inside, and the Adlet are the half of the family that stayed behind and turned dangerous.

Asena

As the progenitor of a legendary lineage of warriors, she represents the untamed strength and resilience that the Turkic peoples admired and sought to emulate.
